Yes, Chinese tool making at it's best. Would not do for machining work, but will do fine for wood. I would imagine the flutes clog easily, being sized more for metal than wood, but that should be no big deal.

Proper reamers for taper pin holes usually run $40 up to a couple hundred. All depends on demand of course, common sizes are made in larger quantities and tend to be cheaper. Sizes useful for the job Warren described would be expensive, its uncommon to use such small taper pins since they would be very prone to damage. I would expect to find quite small ones available, but they would be expensive since they are specialized tools.
