Since this is a handtool forum, there needs to be a non-motorized way to drive the buffing wheel. I don't have a motorized grinder in my primary workshop space. So, other than a geared hand driven grinding wheel setup, I'm coming up with few ideas. Suggestions?
And going along with this, is there an optimum RPM buffing speed? 1750 or 3500 rpm? Might lower speeds be used? I have a Tormek, but at 90 rpm, it's pretty slow as compared to a higher speed unit.
