There have been some really interesting comments. I see them written for the forum - they are not for me to respond to, unless I have something to offer back. I'm just enjoying reading them all.
By-the-by .. the "Californian Psychologist" you refer to is Lyn Mangiameli. He wrote the most wonderful articles and was the inspiration for my first reviews. I miss his contributions.
Now there is an idea ... how about an article by you? I would read that.
