I've got a couple of similar sharpeners, but the spiral cutters have grown dull, it seems.

I alternate between Lee Valley's belt clip sharpener (link and pic below) and a lovely German one that someone (David Masury? Can't now recall) gave me years ago. Both are similar in concept to those little plastic blocks with a dull piece of steel in them that we were given as kids for sharpening pencils; but done right. I get good sharp tips with no stress on the lead. They do so well that I haven't been motivated to seek out new spiral cutters for the Bostons.
