You can map out the edge of the blade by stretching it a given amount from the radius. As was mentioned the radius and the width are the same . You need to stretch that arc 1.44 for a 45 degree, 1.56 for the 50, and 1.74 for 55. I did a drawing from a 1 inch blade that one could size to any blade, but I can't remember my flickr account. It is pretty easy to do in any cad program. It is basically a single step change from the arc where you just enter one of those values for the X axis. It really gets useful when you get more complicated shapes as you can't just eyeball those, as easily.
