Thanks to all!

Big thanks!! Everyone’s opinion added to my meagre understanding.

Backing up, it’s not practical for me to do the sensible thing and tear everything back to the bare walls and start over. So I am dealing with three different face frame situations: partial overlay, inset, and narrow-stile leaded glass doors. All would benefit visually from concealed hinges, if it is possible.

I was beginning to think that you had to be born knowing where and how your door fit into Blum’s bewildering ecosystem. But spurred by the discussion here, I found this excellent guide,

which may help others as well.

Blum will take care of my needs, except for the narrow stile doors, which won’t take a 35mm bore in the right place. Could use the 26mm hinges, but right now am leaning toward the opposite approach of decorative Cliffside hinges.

Thanks again for your help!
