Hi Derek,

I was thinking of rounded corners, but with top panel grain running parallel to the front ( into the corner ) - there you would either have to have an end grain showing, or have the corner grain perpendicular to the top panel grain (yuck).

If you kept the form, but emphasized the joint detail (however you decide to do it), it would make the piece more disctint. Cohenizing it...... ;)
