Who can straighten a D-7?

Jason in OC
I am trying to restore an old Disston D-7 26" saw that I found in my dad's garage. The Disstonian Institute puts it in the 1947-1953 vintage. I have de-rusted it, but the final ~1/4 of the length (the small end, not the handle end) has a slight bow or kink in it. The rusty boot print indicated it was stepped on. Is there anyone who can straighten and retension the saw to make it usable again? Preferably in southern California? (Or Denver since I'll be moving there in a few months.)
