It's just a paint can lined with refractory blanket and bolts for feet, but it works surprisingly well.

An iron would preheat sitting in the bottom, and if a second torch doesn't manage to burn it out, it'll easily heat an iron to critical.

Agree on the o1, it's extremely forgiving, and almost difficult to make a bad iron with it if the stock is quality. I usually temper in the oven, but on small stuff like this, I'm often too lazy.
