Two absolutely fabulous looking knives. I love the top bevels on the GEC knife, but really like the stag that's on the case and it, too, is an overall striking knife, too. Can't help but repeat - two really wonderful looking knives.

I'll picture the congress when I get it. I think I was able to find it reasonable because it's orange bone (an undesirable color from what I can gather, but fine by me).

This is the ebay link - i prefer the newer knives with nothing written on the blades, but the 4 blade congress appears to be NLA and the GEC knives in general are getting hard to find anywhere in stock. The next usual step is for a manufacturer to either start outsourcing, or to raise prices. If anything, I hope it's the latter.
