Yours illustrates a major design issue of saw tills in general: Should they be stored handle up or handle down? Both ways work, as long as the handles are at a convenient height when you reach for them and put them away. Handling them by the handle is important, as it increases efficiency, reduces the chances you will drop a saw, and you transfer less salts and oils from your hands to the blade.
