Subject:
how to judge success

Bill Tindall, E.Tn.
Narex seems to be able to make a chisel that performs better than the Sorby chisels I had, and about as good as the Two Cherries I owned and tested a while back.

Maybe their goal was not to use the best steel they could find like the LV $80 chisels, but to deliver good value in a $20 chisel through choice of steel and manufacturing process. If the goal was value, I think they succeeded.
