American-made Old Hickory knives () John in NM
A bit of digging turns up that they use 1095 for the blades, and that Ontario Knife is the fixed blade sister company of Queen knives (both made in NY state).
Thanks Patrick, next time I'm looking for a kitchen knife, that's where I'll start.
