>Have for sale home from Beaumont,Texas. Will sell one lot of old groth wood to rebuild our home destroyed by Hurricane Rita. Home has been dismantled. Wood has been stacked by catagory on level strips and covered in times of bad weather. Over 3,000 lin ft. of hardwood flooring,much in lengths of over twenty feet long! 12 beams 7.5 x 7.5 and larger with lengths from 12' to over 18 ft. of good wood. These beams may be Leland cypress or Bald cypress. Over 150+ groth rings in 7" of old beams. All parts of 28 x 48 dismantled home are approx. 95% denailed. Shiplap interior wall boards had cloth backed wall paper at one time. Believe the home was built around 1925 or before. This home had 11' 2" ceilings and the studs went past the flooring to the beams. The studs were originally about 12'long heart pine. Have about half of the chimney bricks in original condition also. Many of the 2x6 are over 14" long. The floor joise are 2x8 & 2x10. c# 409-225-3578.
