Yes it is complete.
The filter is fairly new too, and it comes with several plastic covers for
the face shield so that the shield does not get scratched up.
This was a great system for me. At the end of my wood working days I got
very sensitive to dust and this system gives you incredibly clean air with
complete comfort. I could wear it for hours when turning see perfectly, no
work interference, and I was protected from mishaps on the lathe.

I wouldn't sand or turn without it.

I also used it for sandblasting.

You can still get all the parts at the provided link, but if you need to
replace the rechargeable battery it is cheaper just to buy two D cells and
take the unit apart yourself and put new batteries in.

I put it on a timer when charging so
that it would not stay on indefinitely. According to the manual it is not
designed to shut off itself. When the batteries are new you should get about
8 hours of run time.
