I am closing my home woodshop and selling off the machinery. I have for sale an almost new Multico hollow chisel bench top mortising machine model PM12. I have had this machine for some years, but it has only been used on 3 projects. Maximum wood capacity is 4". It is clean with no damage. I believe it is 1/2 hp, 3600 rpm motor and will take up to 1/2" chisel. I am including the manual and a large toggle clamp which works well for securing stock. I think the unit is around 45 lbs. I am located in Arlington, VA, 22201. Would prefer a pickup. Asking $225.00
