One VHS (note VHS TAPE) Tips For Turners by David Ellsworth Tape #3. Excellent reference and teaching tool. Quality of the tape is not up to DVD standards but content is great. Ran it all the way through recently to see if I really wanted to recycle it. This tape must run about 11/2 hours or so. I'll pay postage in the US and if not outlandish elsewhere as well
