Subject:
Storing blanks and logs

Steve Woodall
>Hello,

As I get further and further into turning, I am starting to develope a large stockpile of logs.

I was wondering what is the best way to store them:

1. End coat the logs and store outside.
2. Cut the logs into slabs, end coat and store.
3. Cut slabs, bandsaw into round blanks and then seal and store.

What is the best way to store the turning wood?
Any ideas will be appreciated.

Thanks,
Steve
