Reverse Sanding at 60rpms on a Jet 1236 *PIC*

My sewing machine had some problems, so I bought a new one. Since the motor was good I decided to strip it out and use it on my lathe.(Yes I sew, the first sewing machine was a father's day gift from my wife and two daughters.)

I was turning something with a very small hole which only my pinky squeeze into. I didn't feel comfortable sanding the inside with the lathe running at 500rpms so I quickly slapped this together last night before the chat. Along with the foot pedal to turn it on and control the speed it worked great.

I admit the motor was a bit warm when I was finished so I may need to come up with a better motor once it burns out, but until then this works great.
