Turning Archive 2006
Mike Cunningham (Cape May)
>Lest some get the impression that I only do peppermills, stoppers, pens and boxes, here are a few natural edge bowls. The 4 cherry in the left rear of the group I roughed this morning. The taller in the foreground is a apalted beech that I turned to completion, also this morning, this is from a log that I've had laying outside of my shop in the weather for about 2 years hoping for spalting, it happened. The low profile in the foreground is honey locust that Jamie Donaldson was kind enough to send to me in a trade. The remainder are ambrosia maple and cherry.
The new 17" bandsaw can sort of be seen in the background.
Thanks for looking,
