Let's go back to critique question....

At a local or club level critiqueing is normally limited to skills and simple form while at national levels it would be much more in depth. Good answers were given for both but no one suggested where to divide the two or if there should be a distinction between the two. I got to wondering, where do other clubs draw this line? To me I would think that if you push the envelope too far at a local club level there might be risks to the club's unity. What do the rest of you think?
