Another question about Steel

DWR
>... as a follow up to the previous thread from Carole about HSS for tool tips, I want to make a few bent or goose neck tools and was wondering what grade of steel would be best for the bent handles.

Since it needs to be bent, ground, drilled and tapped, but does not have to hold any edge, I would suppose that any mild steel that is not hardened or tempered will work. Yes/No?
