Homemade Grinding Jig *LINK*

>Hello all, just got done making a homemade Wolverine type grinding jig for my 8" grinder. I went ahead and bought the vari-grind jig but couldn't justify paying almost $100 for a couple pieces of square steel tube. Anyways... I am getting ready to mount it up and am wondering how far below the center of the wheel should the square tube tool rest be? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Oh, BTW. I got my new PSI Catalog the other day and noticed they are now selling a Wolverine knockoff. Just wondering if anyones had a chance to look at it up close and their thoughts on it. (Just so I can know if its worth recommending to anyone)
