Question about filling gaps *PIC*

Scott Hurley in N. VA
>I just completed this small maple bowl (no finish yet), and it has a fairly large crack/feature/whatever (you can see through it) near the rim. I'm wondering if I should try to fill it, and if so, what should I use? Should I use epoxy, a CA/sawdust slurry, or some other filler? Or should I just leave it alone and consider it a 'feature'? Thanks in advance.
