DNA composition

I've been alcohol-drying some rough-turned bowls with good success, using Kleen-Strip S-L-X denatured alcohol from Home Depot. I assumed it was mostly ethanol with a bit of methanol in it to prevent guzzling. Out of curiosity, however, I queried the manufacturer. They kindly returned an MSDS (material safety data sheet) and the actual composition surprised me as it appears to be half methanol.

This is a good thing to know, as I've been rather lax about getting what I thought was mostly ethanol on my skin during use. Not a good idea if there's so much methanol in it--the stuff does absorb through the skin.

Is it possible to buy DNA with a higher ethanol content?
