Subject:
More accuracy *PIC*

RJ
>Hello all;

I am making custom finials for my clocks. I have some that only have photos of what the finials are suppose to look like.

I can zoom up the image (make larger) and have the image printed pretty much on scale of what is expected size wise.

But I find that my cutting techniques are not that accurate. For one I have been holding up a ruler to measure where cuts are suppose to be. I have found that even though I measure I wind up a little off.

Is there a method any of you know to be more accurate?

Here is photo of my latest clock finial.
Thanks
RJ
