>Hi Keith,

My wife and I spent a few hours in Boarder's bookstore this afternoon and besides browsing the books and enjoying the required coffee I paged through a few magazines.

Looking at the Oct '05 issue of Woodwork I saw a two page spread of your work, all very nice, a few pieces that I believe I've seen before.....Merengue comes to mind?? and a few that are new to me. In particular a segmented piece.

Anyway, I'm not a big fan of segmented turning, I appreciate it, but I'm just not into it. However, "Diamonds" just jumped right out and grabbed me. The design, particular combination of wood and finish are spectacular! An absolutely beautiful piece and I congratulate you!

I urge anyone that hasn't seen the spread, go to your local book seller, find the issue and take a look.

Mike
