Wands and liability

Possibly we have an lawyer in the group that could dispell my concern of liability after the sale of a pointed hard wand.
It seems that it is todays policy that all blame someone else and sue for any accident.
Do we need some type of written disclaimer and statement that we assume no liability for the use of the toy?

Lets all be safe and not liable
