>Not intended to rekindle the whole "what is AAW all about" discussion, just wanted to show my friends the latest set of spoons I finished. First time I tried to make a fork, and thanks to "-e-" for the idea for the design.

This is carved buckeye burl. About 9" long each. For display only. Need to come up with some sort of display stand that shows them off in this arrangement. Any suggestions quite welcome! These were made by drawing the profiles freehand on adjacent sides of square blanks then bandsawing one, taping the offcuts back on then sawing the other profile. From there carved with rotary bits and sanded by hand. Watco Satin Wax finish. Comments welcomed.
