menzerna polishing experience??

>Menzerna polish was recommended to me for a high gloss finish on woodturnings. Does anyone know how to use this stuff? Homestead Finishing recommended the #1 Pre-polish , #2 fine polish (very soft consistancy abrasives) & #3 final polish (a white cream) for wood. I applied it on a slow moving spalted maple bowl buffed at 1900 rpm with mixed results. Streaks (1/4 wide) gleamed like a piano top while other areas were dead dull.
