Spending Money (new lathe)

>Greetings all

Recently I posted on how much I liked John Trant's Vega bowl lathe. Well I just got off the phone with Randall McKinney at Vega, and there is one on its way to my shop! This is going to be a great addition to the shop with all the students who have been patiently waiting on a time slot, not to mention how much fun it is going to be to turn on myself. Of course, I am going to have to play musical machines again, but only with one or two this time. I may have to add another electrical outlet, but I still have plenty of juice and open slots in the panel. This one can share with the Mini Max combo for a while without too much of a problem I think. There are not too many situations which call for the lathe and the table saw or jointer being employed at the same time so there is no rush.

Pictures will come when the lathe does, and LRod, if you are reading this you can get some sleep now!
