Subject:
Why do you turn?

>I will be away for a few days for a well-needed rest...I plan to do nothing but look out over the ocean. (Well, maybe I'll consider my next turning project while I'm at it)

A question to ponder in my absence....Why do you turn? What is it that makes us turners, and is causing so many others to give the craft a try? I know there are lots of other activities that we could persue, yet, this is what we choose to do. Can you put into words the reason you turn?

PS....to those going to the aaw symposium....have a great time! Keith
