Nova 2000 Blast Hood - breathing protection *LINK*

>I was doing a google for info on baking soda sandblasting (sodablasting) and I came upon the following item on the Norton Sandblasting site. It is a helmet designed for sandblasting, but I can see no reason why it wouldn't be a very good item for turners looking for the best possible protection. Does anyone have any experience with it or know of a reason why it WOULDN'T work well for turning? I've put the link to the item below. Not much info on the site except to say that it is on sale for $350.
