Now that's customer service!

>A month or so ago, I got around to sending in the warranty card for my Trend Airshield. In the space for comments, I mentioned that there was a somewhat sloppy fit between the battery and the charger. Well a few minutes ago a rep from Trend called me. They are sending me two new batteries to replace the ones I have. Apparently when they made the change over to these batteries they had a problem with sloppy fit in some of them. I was stunned! I told him "I can't believe there is a company that actually reads and responds to comments that customers write on warranty cards!"
