Subject:
micro mess

Bruce Wiseman
>In the I can never leave well enough alone catagory: I was sanding a cherry bowl and decided to use the micro mesh sand paper. Near the rim edge somehow the grit came off the backing and into the wood leaving a gray streak around the rim. Not the look I was going for. What did I do wrong? The 3200 grit cloth has a big stripe where the material is gone and there is only cloth backing. Instead of mirco mesh I have micro mess.
