Rotary Tool ??

>I'm having a dilemma....I have a VS Dremel with a flex shaft rotary attachment. It goes from 5,000-35,000 rpm. What would I be gaining by going to a hanging type motor other than the reversing function? I suppose power as well? The Wecheer and the Foredom are both rated for 20,000-25,000 max RPM. I feel like with the Dremel that I'm not getting as clean of a cut with the small ball cutters that I'm using. Is it because they are cheapo cutters that came with it, or because I don't have enough RPMs? Would the difference in performance be like night and day? I also have a Weecher reciprocating carver attachment that would fit onto one of the hanging units....so there's another "reason" to buy one :) Thanks for any advice and guidance.
