Turning Archive 2005
>I just spent a day attending a short workshop with mikeal Hosaluk. that was fun but he had too many good tools to buy and I spent too much money. He's a really nice guy with no nonsense turning skills. In his words, whatever works to get the final piece done.
He spent quite a while talking about the Golden paint and airbrush products. I guess I'll have to invest in that also.
He had the full collection of P@N tools. Boy are those nice. I didn't buy any of those. I spent all my money on the French made Arora wood rasps. They are really nice but quite expensive.
We got to see a bunch of interesting painting and texturing techniques. It was fun. Hopefully I can finish one of the pieces I started and show it off later.
