Subject:
sweet gum gloat

Dick Hines
>A guy I know clears land for a living and the other day I saw him working on a lot just down the road from my house. I stoped to see what he ahd in the log pile. Most of the logs were pine. But also in there were a few sweet gum logs. The next day he told me to stop by after work because he had pulled the out for me. Yesterday I took my chain saw over and got 12 logs cut into 20" pieces. Most are big enough to get 2 bowls.

Love to turn wet gum but will neet a rain coat.
