Subject:
Bowl Blanks

Barry Irby
>I have cut some cherry and walnut for lumber. There are lots of off cuts and pieces that are too small for that use but that would make good bowl blanks. Is there a market for them? If I were to cut blanks and anchorseal them is anyone interested? I have no idea what they are worth or how much the shipping would be. Should I prep a few and offer them on the Classified side? I'm in Virginia. I hate to see this wood go to waste, but I don't want to go prep a thousand blanks only to find they don't sell. Does anyone buy such blanks? How Many? At what price? TIA
