First FINISHED bowl *PIC*

Mk
>This is my first finished bowl. I have others that are roughed out and a small pine bowl made from a 2x6 stud for practice. However, this is one that I have completely done.

It is Elm, about 4" wide and 2" high. It has a coat of BLO, shellac and waxed. I buffed it by hand as I have no means of buffing it yet.

It comes from a tree branch that fell from my brother's property. It is beautiful and the wood shines really nice and when you move the bowl to a different angle when looking at it, it seems to change colors! However, it was a pain to turn as the grain is interlocking and tough.

Thanks for looking.
