Triton Respirator Update

>If you remember, about two weeks ago I posted a conversation I had with a battery supplier. (I was only getting about 2-3 hours of use on each charge)

I emailed triton and after two weeks I didn't get a response, so I found a phone number and called them. As luck would have it, the person on the phone was the same person who received my email. According to him, he looked into the problem and returned a email, I believe him, stuff happens with email.

The person I spoke to did say that there must be a problem with my unit and today I received a new battery pack as a exchange for my old one. Tonite I'll charge it up and give it a go.
