Fellow woodturners *LINK*

>I had a nice visit with George Van Beynen from Wisconsin today while he was down here in Arizona visiting his daughter. It's fun to spend time with another turner from a different part of the country, swap stories, swap wood and share turning tips. I think I got the better end of the wood swap with some beautiful spalted woods. George got some Arizona woods that will challenge his tools. I think it would be a great idea for any turner thats traveling to another state to look up someone from the local turning club to spend some time with. Woodturners just seem to be a really great bunch of people. You turners in Wisconsin have some wonderful wood to work with. If your traveling to Arizona in the future, look me up, I'd be glad to swap stories. Sean
