Turning Archive 2005

Subject:
Got a bowl gouge today.

Robert Cox
>$20.50! It's a Benjamins Best from Penn state that they sell at the Capitol Area Woodturners meetings.

Reground it to something approximating an Ellsworth grind, turned it on its side and proceeded to rough out 2 bowls successfully!

I would have never turned it sideways if Charlie A hadn't shown me.

Roughs are waxed, weighed, marked and bagged.

It actually worked!
