>Once again Craft Supply comes through. I've been a customer for several years and never have I been disappointed or let down in any way. When needed, their customer service is fast and they go out of their way to satisfy the customer.
On Monday I sent an email explaining that I had lost the open seat device that's used for sharpening roughing gouges, parting tools, etc. in one of my Tormek jigs. This is not a part that Tormek itself lists for sale since it's a smaller part of a jig. I just received an email that the part went out today, no charge.
I'll also mention that some months back I purchased their version of the Vicmarc VL300 3 hp EVS short bed and have been more than happy with it and their technical department support.
Just want to mention a good company that cares about it's customers and knows how to treat them.
