Subject:
Keeping a faceshield clean?

Mark Kauder, Phenix City, AL
>I am slowly starting to use a faceshield more and more (don't bug me about it - it is not the point of this thread). My big problem is that when I do grab it to use it, it usually got dust all over the lens. I am less likely to use it for a 2 minute turning session, if it takes me 3 minutes to blow/wipe it off (only exaggerating a little).

Even though I use my DC religiously, my shop gets a thin layer of dust everywhere - especially this time of the year when the shop is closed up, and the exhaust fan is not running.

Any suggestions would help.
