>I really hesitate to post here, but I have been trying to contact them via phone and email regarding a return/exchange with absolutely no response despite several attempts. I returned some product that was simply the wrong size, and have proof of receipt from FedEx, but nothing further.
I have always been treated well by them before, and this is very surprising. I'm wondering if maybe they're closed for vacation with no sign on the window?
