Subject:
Bummer. I need handle help.

Wayne Cease, Atlanta
>I ordered a set of three mini hollowing tools from woodturnerscatalog.com, but they came without handles. There was no note about no handles on the website (I rechecked after getting the box), or I wouldn't have ordered them. Ordering to "tech support" it is noted in the printed catalog.

Now I need to make handles or return them.

What's involved in making handles? I've never done it. I can measure my other handles, so I can get dimensions easily enough. But what do I do after I turned the shape? How big of a hole, relative to the tool thickness, do I need to drill? Do I glue the tool in? Epoxy for a metal-wood bond?

Thanks,

Wayne
