>Calling ALL Woodworkers (yup! Woodturners are woodworkers)

The Northeastern Woodworkers Association (NWA) is producing The Fourth Woodworkers Weekend Saturday and Sunday , January 29 and 30 , 2005 at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center in Albany, New York. Yes, we are going BIGTIME! You can join other woodworkers from all about the northeast in choosing from over 50 different topics on woodworking over the two day event. Start the new year off by spending time with woodworking friends and all the wood chips you can walk through.
Bring something you have made and display it in the Instant Gallery along with the work of other woodworkers. Check out the Vendor's Area and stock up on woodworking goodies for the new year. Have lunch with your friends and chat about woodworking.

If you have questions , please call Ken Evans at 518 753 7759 .

For more information, visit the website WWW.nwawoodworkingweekend.com. Yup! We have our own website for the NWA Woodworking Weekend. You can see a list of topics to be presented, info about the presenters and get a registration form.

There are several woodturners demonstrating. Jerry Whitehurst from Virginia, Jack Teffenhart from New York, Tom Crabb from Virginia, and Barry Gross from New Jersey. There will be two great days of woodturning.
