Norfolk Island Pine

>Hello guys , I wonder if anyone can point me in the direction of a substitute for Norfolk Pine .
I live in Scotland and know Monkey Puzzle is a close relative but it is not that available commercialy.Would any of the local Scots pines come near.
I would love to have a go at the translusent turnings I have seen here, they look realy good.
