Bowl Sharpnel

>Well, I've read you guys (and gals) say that if you don't blow up a bowl now and again, you aren't trying hard enough. So I figured I better push my limits and see what I could so!

Apparently 1/8" thin is about my limit right now. I had a nice little shape going on a smallish (6 inch diameter) wet magnolia bowl going, just cleaning up the inside, when suddenly there wasn't an inside!

For grins, I located the pieces I could (about 2/3 of the bowl) and glued them back together to mail to my mother in law (who never throws anything away). Past presents have included a framed photos -- that blank frame at the end of a roll that everyone throws away.
